Systems and circumstances prevent families from accessing high-quality and affordable early childhood care and education. Together, we can combat these barriers and improve outcomes for young children and families in Illinois. The solution requires organizations, schools, and community leaders to design a strong plan, strategies, and a shared mission.
Parenthood comes with its challenges, especially when managing work, school, and bills. At Illinois Action for Children (IAFC), we understand these demands and the difficulty of finding affordable early childhood services. IAFC partners with local organizations, faith-based groups, and businesses throughout Cook County to help connect families with the resources and support they need.
