The Sylvia Cotton Center for Research and Policy Innovation created the All Children, All Families agenda to guide our pursuit of racial, gender, and economic equity for child care and early education programs throughout Illinois.

Established in honor of our founder, Sylvia Cotton, the Sylvia Cotton Center for Research & Policy Innovation (SCCRPI) is an independent hub for research, policy analysis, and innovation in child care and early education program design.

SCCRPI created the All Children, All Families (ACAF) policy agenda to guide our pursuit of racial, gender, and economic equity for child care and early education programs throughout Illinois.
