How to Apply for CCAP?
The Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) in Illinois provides families with financial assistance to cover child care costs.
Eligibility for CCAP depends on your family size and gross income. Fill out the eligibility calculator to see if you qualify for child care financial assistance.
- Check if you are eligible for CCAP using the Eligibility Calculator
- Complete the CCAP application and gather all required documentation
- Submit your application and all required documentation
3 Ways to Access the CCAP Application:
- Access CCAP forms by downloading them to your computer.
2. Visit our Lawrence, Chatham, and Damen locations to pick up CCAP forms.
3. Call 312.823.1100. Press option 2 for the Child Care Assistance Program to speak with an agent.
Schedule a 1:1 consultation appointment with a CCAP consultant in-person or via phone.
