Drop Box Hours

Drop boxes are a convenient and secure way for parents and providers to submit their paperwork (applications, forms, etc.). 

  • Central/West Side: 24 hours, 7 days a week
  • South Side/Chatham: 24 hours, 7 days a week
  • North Side/Uptown: 7 a.m. - 10 p.m., Monday - Saturday
  • South Suburbs/Homewood: 24 hours, 7 days a week

Our Walk-in Locations


Please note: Currently, our South Suburbs/Homewood and North Uptown walk-in locations are closed to the public at this time. You can utilize the drop boxes at these locations, however there is no admittance into any of our offices.
