Illinois Action for Children Statement on Governor Rauner’s State Budget Address

We were encouraged by several developments in today’s FY18 state budget address, most notably the Governor’s apparent commitment to return Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) income-eligibility to 185 percent of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).
