Request for Qualifications: Development of Frameworks to Support Mental Health Consultation and Social-Emotional Learning
Illinois Action for Children (IAFC) is seeking a consultant with excellent research and writing skills, knowledge of mental health consultation and social-emotional learning and a strong background in early childhood development to provide co-creation, development and drafting services for two critical projects:
Project 1: Revise and develop ancillary materials for IAFC’s mental health framework, known as The 360 Approach. Work in collaboration with agency staff to complete and edit a second edition of the framework, research and develop an accompanying toolkit and compile sources and references.
Project 2: Develop a Social-Emotional Learning Family Engagement Training Curriculum to provide early learning program staff (educators, family engagement staff and home visitors) with the skills, knowledge and capacity to model and engage family members in strengthening the social-emotional skills and behaviors of young children.
