As of March 28th, Parents and providers can electronically submit their CCAP paperwork through our New Document Submission Portals! This convenient service is available 24 hours/7 days a week.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • There are 2 different portals for parent and provider paperwork

  • This is only for the Childcare Assistance Program paperwork.

  • You can receive an email confirmation of your submission!

  • Documents submitted must be in PDF Format

  • Do not submit pictures of documents

  • Childcare Certificates will not be accepted through the portals.

    • Continue to submit via mail, Fax, or Dropbox.

  • Paperwork submitted though Portal will be reviewed based on typical processing timeframe.
