Spring Into Action 2017
Join Illinois Action for Children’s Public Policy and Advocacy team as we celebrate our 20th Annual Spring Into Action Conference on March 28-29, 2017. This two-day conference brings together statewide early care and education providers, educators, parents and advocates. Attendees will have an opportunity to participate in timely policy-oriented workshops, networking, and visits to the state capitol.

Keynote Dr. Stephanie Bernoteit, Ed. D., Senior Associate Director for Academic Affairs, Illinois Board of Higher Education
We are excited to welcome Dr. Stephanie Bernoteit, Senior Associate Director for academic affairs at the Illinois Board of Higher Education, as our opening keynote speaker on Tuesday, March 28, 2017! Dr. Bernoteit’s keynote address will focus on the importance of aligning the early care and education system with the K-12 education system. Attendees will gain an increased awareness and understanding of the value and opportunities for alignment between the two educational systems.
