Walk-In & Drop Box Locations Our offices are accessible by phone at (312) 823-1100. Our walk-in sites primarily assist parents and child care providers with applying for and troubleshooting issues with the Child Care Assistance Program. We also connect them with other information and resources. Drop boxes are a convenient and secure way for parents and providers to submit their paperwork (applications, forms, etc.). 1340 S.
